Marklogic Developer

Key Responsibilities of MarkLogic candidate :

- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with MarkLogic and a strong background in developing and managing complex data solutions along with proven experience of migration of Java based application from Oracle to MarkLogic

- Good hands-on of design, development, and implementation of MarkLogic-based solutions

- Design and optimize MarkLogic database structures, including collections, indexes, forests and document models (XML/JSON).

- Oracle DB hands-on with PL/SQL queries

- Java - Spring boot, REST APIs designing, Java data mapping APIs

- Good hands-on of Data mapping and Transformation

- Good hands-on of migration strategies from SQL to NoSQL (Oracle to Marklogic)

Data Integration :

- Lead data integration efforts, harmonizing data from various sources into MarkLogic, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility.

- Develop ETL processes to load and transform data from relational databases, flat files, and other data sources into MarkLogic.

Performance Tuning :

- Optimize MarkLogic performance through effective indexing strategies, query optimization, and efficient data modeling.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of the MarkLogic database.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement MarkLogic security features, including role-based access control, encryption, and auditing, to meet organizational security standards and compliance requirements.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency through proper transaction management and ACID compliance
