Job Description:

We are seeking experienced professionals to contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives in the BFSI sector. These roles offer the chance to work on complex process mining programs, leveraging technology to uncover insights, optimize operations, and deliver measurable business impact.

Our team is looking for individuals who can drive end-to-end implementations, build and optimize data models, views, knowledge models, KPIs, and operational applications. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success.

  • Drive Celonis implementations: data modelling, process discovery, conformance checking, and root cause analysis.
  • Build and optimize Celonis Data Models, Views, Knowledge Models, KPIs, and Operational Apps.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Ensure technical best practices in data integration and solution design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–12 years of experience (Senior & Lead level).
  • Strong skills in Celonis / Process Mining platforms, SQL, and data modelling.
  • BFSI domain experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow) a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership experience for Lead roles.
