Job Title: Business Analytics Expert.

As a skilled Business Analytics Expert, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by extracting valuable insights from complex data. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance our organization's performance.

With a strong foundation in data analysis and reporting, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions. Your analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytics frameworks.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted analytics solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve analytics capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and database management systems.
  • Practical knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
