Role Overview:
As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy, driving a high-performance culture, and building an employer brand that attracts top talent in the tech world.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and rapid organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee full-cycle recruitment with a focus on tech hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage robust performance review systems and leadership development initiatives.
- Learning & Development: Design training frameworks to upskill technical and non-technical teams.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive programs that boost morale, engagement, and retention across all teams.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant C&B practices.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate HR data, processes, and ensure full compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Lead DEI initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
What We're Looking For:
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role in an IT or tech-driven company.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices in high-growth tech environments.
- Hands-on experience with KEKA HRMS or related tools
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to operate tactically when needed.
Preferred Certifications:
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other recognized HR certifications (optional but valued)
