Job Description:

As a senior manager in banking, your primary focus will be on managing the company's financial and banking activities with utmost care.

Key responsibilities include overseeing cash flow and working capital management to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This entails preparing monthly projected cash flow and working capital statements, as well as reviewing detailed reports on payments and collections.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing various bank accounts globally, including loan processes and compliance. Additionally, you will need to prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and maintain accurate vendor and employee data.

Lastly, you will analyze and control general ledger accounts for banks, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions, ensuring timely processing of payments and book entries.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum CA/CA Inter or MBA degree with 7-10 years of experience in banking operations is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a strong sense of process control and initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps, particularly Excel, is necessary, and knowledge of Power BI and SAP FICO module is highly desirable.
