Site Leadership Opportunity

The ideal candidate will drive site success by fostering a culture of safety, health, and friendliness among the team through proactive strategies and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication, engagement, and responsiveness.
  • Maintaining contractual and KPI performance across all fleets, including oil return, availability, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Leading reliability and cost-effectiveness initiatives using modern maintenance methodologies, conducting reviews, meetings, investigations, and audits to ensure site-specific compliance.
  • Deploying and implementing the AO module to frontline teams.
  • Conducting thorough failure analysis and root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and deploying recommendations for comprehensive resolution and prevention.

Requirements:

  • BE Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in Underground mines in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with SHE standards and guidelines.
  • Technical competence on HEMM Underground machinery.
  • Maintenance, spare planning, and execution skills for large fleets.
  • Exposure to failure analysis, reliability, and sustainability engineering.

  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of costing models.
  • Demonstrating innovation, collaboration, and commitment through proactive problem-solving and shared knowledge exchange.
  • Exemplifying patience, honesty, and follow-up in interactions to foster trust and effective communication.
