  • Hands-on experience in node 7nm or lower designs with advanced low power techniques is essential.
  • Familiarity with ASIC Physical Design, including floor planning, P&R, extraction, IR Drop Analysis, Timing and Signal Integrity closure, and Physical Verification.
  • Proficiency in Cadence or Synopsys tools is crucial.
  • Experience with Static Timing Analysis in Primetime or Primetime-SI is vital.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as PERL, TCL.
  • Timing closure on high-speed interfaces is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Full chip Physical Design is beneficial.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience working with 7nm node.
  • Familiarity with Cadence Innovus.
