E-Commerce Security Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an E-Commerce Security Expert to join our team at PTW. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce platform management and a passion for protecting our brand's intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce intellectual property rights by investigating and preventing counterfeit products from being sold on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to detect and prevent grey market activity and counterfeit investigations.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with our brand's minimum advertised price (MAP) policies.
  • Assist in the execution of long- and short-term department objectives related to online investigations.
  • Maintain an online reporting system and database to track grey market activity and counterfeit investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
  • Previous knowledge of trademarks or intellectual property not required, but preferred.
  • 4+ years of e-commerce platform management experience a plus.

  • Skilled in logic and able to solve complex puzzles.

  • Able to wear many hats and can easily shift perspective; ability to easily and independently conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently, agility in decision making, and able to produce accurate end-results in line with the bigger picture.
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member with integrity, maturity, and reliability; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Responds well to questions and leadership direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
