Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of employee data from various sources to uncover meaningful trends and insights. You will own the delivery of the analytics calendar, design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports that communicate people insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders at all levels in an intuitive manner.About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled individual who can partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage ad hoc projects, define metrics, and deliver ongoing dashboards and reports to inform talent strategies. Your expertise in data governance will ensure the integrity, security, and quality of people analytics data.Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead the analysis of employee data from various sources to uncover meaningful trends and insights. Own the delivery of the analytics calendar.
  2. Storyboarding: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports that communicate people insights and KPIs to stakeholders at all levels in an intuitive manner.
  3. Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to drive data-driven recommendations.
  4. Project Management: Manage ad hoc projects, define metrics, and deliver ongoing dashboards and reports to inform talent strategies.
  5. Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of people analytics data by overseeing data governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: MBA or equivalent degree with a strong foundation in statistics, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, corporate strategy/planning, with hands-on experience in putting together dashboards and insights presentations for C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, visualization techniques, and working understanding of statistical techniques such as regression for forecasting models.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
