Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team.
- Maintain vigilance over security events and alerts generated by various tools, including IDS, SIEM systems, O365 applications, and firewalls.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, analyze suspicious activities, and implement measures to mitigate threats as necessary.
- Administer and maintain the SOC's security tools, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection systems, and DLP solutions.
- Configure and optimize these tools for optimal performance and precise alerting.
- Understand client requirements in resolving their cybersecurity concerns, develop practical solutions that enhance their resilience.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify problem statements and assist in designing products that meet the SOC's needs and client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, reconstruct proof-of-concepts in a lab environment, reverse engineer malware, and share findings through technical blogs.
- Support the cybersecurity team in achieving compliance for various certifications like CREST. Create and maintain documentation as required by governing bodies.
- Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices, policies, and procedures.
