Job Description:

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the improvement of our information security posture. The successful candidate will be responsible for reducing the possibilities of cyber attacks on our wind farms and infrastructure, thereby minimizing financial and operational losses.

The ideal candidate will build trust with customers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to avoid penalties. Cyber attacks can damage our reputation and data can be misused against us, making it essential to maintain a robust cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain OT security policies, standards, and procedures to protect critical infrastructure and operations
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of OT systems and networks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate security controls and countermeasures
  • Monitor OT systems for security threats and incidents, respond to security breaches, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC)
  • Manage relationships with OT security vendors and ensure that their products and services meet security requirements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in OT security management, with a strong understanding of security principles and best practices
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience assessing against standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.)
