Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and Update Daily Expense Reports: You will be responsible for preparing and submitting daily expense reports, ensuring that all expenses are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Reconcile Invoices and Identify Discrepancies: You will review and reconcile invoices, identifying any discrepancies or errors and taking corrective action as needed.
- Enter Financial Transactions into Internal Databases: You will enter all financial transactions into our internal databases, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial activity.
- Check Spreadsheets for Accuracy: You will review and verify the accuracy of all financial spreadsheets, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and correct.
- Maintain Digital and Physical Financial Records: You will maintain all digital and physical financial records, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and easily accessible.
- Compute Taxes and Prepare Tax Returns: You will prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure Timely Bank Payments: You will ensure that all bank payments are made on time, avoiding late fees and penalties.
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all outstanding balances are accurate and up-to-date.
- Perform Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounting Activities: You will perform all necessary accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts, coordination and completion of annual audits, and reviewing financial reports as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial operations or accounting
