Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
\As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can take on any task, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is fluent in English.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Collaborate with banks for financial transactions\
- Assist with daily cash management across various bank accounts\
- Produce daily Management Information System (MIS) reports on liquidity\
- Obtain 15CA/CB documents\
- Prepare weekly payment summaries\
- Review employee claims\
- Manage credit cards\
- Procure licenses\
- Produce monthly payment reports for accounting\
- Assist with the execution of financing deals\
- Transfer daily portfolios, investor repayments, EMI repayments\
- Produce reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts\
- Record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close\
- Assist with timely payment of statutory dues\
- Partner with departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management\
- Communicate monthly financial and management reports\
- Prepare monthly cash projections\
- Assist with annual external audits
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or related fields\
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting in a similar position\
- Experience handling banking transactions\
- Highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges\
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written\
- Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation\
- Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of Excel preferred
