Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.

Your primary focus will be on identifying areas in need of improvement or troubleshooting, ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and efficiently. To achieve this, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

This role requires a strong understanding of writing and reading code, as well as commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. You will also rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform your functions, working under immediate supervision while exercising independent judgment when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
