Job Title: Smart Highway Revolutionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as we shape the future of India's smart highway infrastructure.

Metro Infrasys is on a bold journey, scaling from 100 Cr to 1,000 Cr over the next 5 years. As a pioneer in Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS), and now Multi-Lane Free-Flow (MLFF) tolling, we are building a future where AI, analytics, and execution come together to transform India's highways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting & forecasting across national tolling and ATMS projects
  • Evaluate investor proposals, JV structures, and growth capital opportunities
  • Build financial models, scenario forecasts, dashboards & board-level reports
  • Support M&A, valuation, equity buyback discussions, and strategic finance planning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on project margin optimization and capital allocation

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years in FP&A, investment evaluation, or project finance
  • Solid grasp of infra-sector dynamics (bonus: tolling, EPC, smart cities)
  • Proficiency in SQL / Python / Tableau / Power BI / Advanced Excel
  • Strategic thinker + strong communicator + boardroom-ready presence
  • Background in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA / CA)
