We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our team in optimizing operational processes, managing ERP systems, and driving efficiency within the Facility Management domain. Key Responsibilities:
- ERP System Management: Ensure seamless management of ERP systems, including data analysis, business intelligence, and vendor management.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to inform business decisions.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and services.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments, including IT, operations, and vendors.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: As a Business Analyst with expertise in Facility Management or a similar field.
- ERP system experience: Working with ERP systems and acting as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Business Intelligence: Strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) and proficiency with SQL Server for data analysis and reporting.
- Add-ons: Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, especially for managing financials and budgets within the facility management domain.
