As a seasoned leader in business valuation, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional services to clients.

We offer the chance to work on diverse and complex projects that will provide exposure to financial analysis, strategic planning, and expert consulting. Our services encompass mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, public offerings, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Lead client engagement teams and manage overall client satisfaction.
  • Oversee business fundamentals and contribute thought leadership in your field.
  • Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Integrate RSM's strategy into your work and promote cross-selling and service line integration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Financial Mathematics, or related area of study) is preferred.
  • Professional certifications: ABV/CPA, ASA, or CFA are highly valued.
  • Experience in valuing complex financial instruments and proficiency in option pricing models, Monte Carlo simulations, and binomial models.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in coding languages (MatLab, R, etc.) and Bloomberg.
  • Effective marketing and thought leadership skills as it relates to complex financial instruments.
