Job Description">

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the field of equipment engineering? As a Final Test/Process Qualification Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting FAT tests for semiconductor equipment and qualifying processes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering, with at least 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing/process. They will also have substantial experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments and be familiar with semiconductor, solar, or LED industries.

  2. Conduct FAT tests for semiconductor equipment and qualify processes.">
  3. Execute checklists and procedures, updating tasks as needed.">
  4. Collect, process, and analyze data to refine process recipes and meet customer requirements.">
  5. Apply troubleshooting methods to eliminate equipment malfunctions and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems.">
  6. Record process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.">
  7. Refine process recipes based on test recipes and customer requirements.">
  8. Pump down vacuum chambers and load-locks while following safety protocols.">
  9. Have hands-on experience with Kawasaki robots, load ports, aligners, and ionizer bars.">
  10. Be able to work in cleanroom environments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.">
  11. Assess ESD requirements for platforms and handle delicate semiconductor wafers/panels with precision.">
  12. Have proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.">
  13. Be proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with common office software, including Microsoft suites.">
  14. Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment is essential.">
  15. Provide input on peers during yearly reviews and support new product launches.">
  16. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.">
  17. Write daily reports and present them to the team, supervisor, and manager.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  3. At least 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing/process.">
  4. Substantial experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.">
  5. Familiarity with semiconductor, solar, or LED industries.">
  6. Experience working in equipment engineering in Semiconductor, Solar, or LED industry.">
  7. Ability to read schematics, electrical, electronic, and mechanical drawings.">
  8. CAD, Solid Work, and Inventor knowledge is a plus.">
  9. Some software, PLC knowledge, and understanding is a plus.">
  10. Lean manufacturing skills and experience dealing with customers and suppliers are essential.">
