Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to ensure the highest quality of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-based solutions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in guaranteeing data accuracy, integrity, and overall system reliability.

About the Role
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and reports to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform in-depth data-level validations, including schema checks, completeness, integrity, and freshness validations, to ensure data accuracy.
  • Utilize GCP services, particularly BigQuery, to design and execute test plans, leveraging expertise in data validation.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for testing large data sets, applying knowledge of data validation principles.
  • Automate test cases using GCP services like Cloud Composer or Apache Airflow, BigQuery, and SQL to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor GCP cloud logs, build dashboards, and provide regular status updates on execution/validation progress.
  • Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Closely work with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
