Job Description

This role involves being part of a team responsible for performing tasks within the Order to Cash stream, including Accounts Receivable & Collections and Month End Closing. The successful candidate will be involved in various accounting activities related to this stream.

The performance should meet the requirements defined in SLA/KPIs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Performing due diligence on new customers/suppliers
  • Requesting KYC information, documentation review, and verification of received documentation
  • Making an analytical risk assessment for all counterparties
  • Conducting credit checks
  • Preparing Commercial Summaries of contracts
  • Invoicing clients
  • Monitoring processing of invoices based on information received from operations
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • Cash Allocation and booking payments received from clients
  • Assisting with client reconciliation
  • Ensuring Credit Notes and Invoices are properly offset
  • Following up with clients for collecting money
  • Developing templates, policies, and procedures for clients
  • Liaising with lawyers when needed for delinquent accounts
  • Managing AR Insurance coverage, settlement, and renewal processes
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries raised by clients
