About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to join our team at Kean Consultancy Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support the overall business direction.
- Lead the development and delivery of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to build strong relationships and foster trust.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment, with a track record of success.
- Exceptional communication, writing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems, with a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- IR knowledge is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office.
