Financial Close and Consolidation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Close and Consolidation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving application efficiency to support financial consolidation and close using strong hands-on skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing functional and operational aspects of the financial close and consolidation application design, development of various application artifacts, with hands-on experience.

You will work effectively in troubleshooting, collaborating with Oracle Support as needed, and participating in pre- and post-implementation activities.

This position involves integrating EPM with other systems using data management, adaptors, etc.

You will also develop reports using FR Report Developer and SmartView Reports, utilizing good skills.

We require candidates with experience in financial reporting Studio and Management Reporting. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Management is also necessary.

Additionally, we seek candidates with 3+ years of FCCS, Reporting, and/or Analysis experience, and 3 to 5 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Products.

Candidates should have the ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts.

They must be able to document current business processes and existing solutions, creating a roadmap for future.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (FCCS, ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS) is required.
