Senior Credit Fund Accounting Leader

We are seeking a senior professional to lead the credit fund accounting team in a leadership role.
- Oversee fund administrators and team members, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of fund accounting services.
- Manage various funds, including private equity credit funds.
- Handle complex P&L allocations across multiple entities within fund structures (Master-Feeder, SPVs, Blockers).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in private credit funds, specifically within the financial services sector. Private credit fund experience is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of credit fund structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and professional development to team members.
- Oversee task allocation and delegation to ensure optimal team efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within fund accounting operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or economics (or international equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in fund accounting, with at least 6+ years in private credit fund accounting.
- Experience specifically in private credit funds.
