This end-to-end solution connects data, reasons over it, and executes business-critical decisions through AI Employees.

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will work on agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration.

  • Design and implement agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration.
  • Develop Digital Twin AI Employees using Large Language Models and custom orchestration logic.
  • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs).
  • Build plug-and-play AI templates for cross-industry use cases (hospitality, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics).
  • Optimize for scalability: retries, fail-safes, state persistence, and performance tuning.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, experience with Large Language Models, and knowledge of probabilistic modeling.

You will also need to be familiar with time-series forecasting, anomaly detection techniques, and multi-signal fusion. Additionally, a strong grasp of causal inference & correlation vs. causation for accurate event detection is essential.

In terms of prescriptive AI & decisioning, you should be able to move from prediction → prescription (recommend optimal actions) and have knowledge of reinforcement learning, optimization algorithms, or decision theory.

Furthermore, experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, Apache Kafka, Airflow, dbt), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and SQL + NoSQL experience for structured/unstructured data is necessary.

Finally, ability to connect models into ERP, CRM, Finance, and Supply Chain systems and strong API design skills (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) are required.

Bonus points will be awarded for exposure to knowledge graphs or graph databases for event relationships and familiarity with streaming data (IoT, sensor data).
