Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. This role involves reviewing and validating purchase requisitions and contracts, driving end-to-end procurement processes with accuracy, and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and validate purchase requisitions and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive end-to-end procurement processes from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track product delivery, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives and vendor selection to optimize procurement outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations and sourcing, with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with eProcurement tools like Ariba, SAP, or Oracle, and proficiency in using them to streamline procurement processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

About this Role:
