Oracle SCM Specialist

This role involves leading the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle R12 Supply Chain Management modules to optimize supply chain processes.

  • Implement and configure Oracle R12 SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Design and configure Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Migrate, integrate, and validate data for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle SCM and ASCP modules.

Key Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, with a strong focus on ASCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and Work-In-Progress (WIP).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
