Job Title: Automation Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in process automation? As an Automation Specialist, you will collaborate with business partners and multiple operation teams to develop, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that drive efficiency in processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between business, RPA management team, and stakeholders to develop, implement, and maintain RPA solutions on Blue Prism platform.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by identifying needs and effectively engaging with them for communication, alignment, reporting, and escalations.
  • Ensure delivery management meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs) for all services, including BOT development timelines and quality of work.
  • Drive superior customer experience through effective reporting, management, and meeting all communication needs of the organization.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with RPA, Blue Prism tool, and related skills: RPA methodology, RPA life cycle, and best practices.
  • Good knowledge of at least one coding language: C#, Java, VB Script, Excel VBA (Excel Macros).
  • Basic knowledge of Python scripting language.
  • Blue Prism backend automation (Code based, API).
  • Analytical skill and solution mind-set.
  • Ability to adopt change (change management).
