Financial Operations Specialist

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various financial operations across the organization.
- Process purchase invoices in a timely manner to ensure efficient payment processing.
- Verify that all transactions are compliant with our financial policies and procedures.
- Match invoices with purchase orders, requisitions, and evidence of receipt to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Manage GST and TDS filings and reconciliations to maintain compliance.
- Post bank entries and complete bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to our company's financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate supplier information to facilitate seamless communication.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve queries promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Perform monthly closure activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process and account petty cash vouchers in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors and statutory dues.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements for payment fillings including TDS, CGST, SGST, IGST, Labour Fund, etc.
- Verify employee expense reports, including travel and conveyance claims, for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain records for employee advances and expenses.
- Assist in various audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals.
- Conduct Tally reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.COM) or MBA-Finance is essential.
- Experience in finance and accounts field.
- Strong knowledge in accounts bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with PF, PT, ESI, TDS, and GST regulations.
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficiency in Excel skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
