Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our General Ledger accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements.
About the Role
The Finance Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and reviewing designated General Ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Preparing month-end Financial Reporting Package (FRP) and related sub-schedules;
- Developing robust action plans to address reconciling items and engaging internal business partners in resolution as needed;
- SUPPORTING the filing of the annual Corporate Tax Return by preparing the annual tax package for assigned agencies;
- Participating in ad hoc team projects and analysis, as assigned;
- Ensuring timely service delivery and meeting SLA's/KPI's;
- Supervising and monitoring team activities, with a focus on quality and productivity.
Requirements
- CA Inter or CMA qualification from India or US, with a minimum of 4 years of experience;
- Technical skills and expertise in MS Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset but not required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP;
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines;
- Flexibility, result-oriented mindset, and strong written and oral communication skills.
