About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong understanding of software development processes and tools, and experience working with documentation tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation such as user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical information and translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated regularly.
  • Participate in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools (Agile, Git, APIs, SDLC).
  • Experience working with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, DITA, Markdown, etc.).
