Job Summary

As a Document Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying custom OCR models using AI-powered tools.

  • Achieving end-to-end document processing from classification to data extraction with maximum accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining scalable pipelines for automated document classification and data extraction from various formats.
  • Utilizing AI-driven workflows to enhance document understanding and insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in OCR technologies and intelligent document processing.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and deep learning techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Experience with AWS Textract, Azure Form Recognizer, and other document analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of NLP tools and translation APIs.
  • Understanding of AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, and Step Functions.
  • Knowledge of document layout analysis (tables, forms, key-value pairs).
  • Exposure to Consumer, Retail, and Logistics domain document workflows.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
