UI Designer Opportunity

About the Role:

We're seeking a creatively driven UI/UX designer to join our team. This role requires a strong visual storytelling, user-centric design and passion for crafting intuitive digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
  • Ensure consistency in branding, layout, typography and design language across all digital touchpoints.

User Experience (UX) Design:

  • Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps and interaction flows to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Visual & Creative Design:

  • Design dynamic creatives for social media, marketing campaigns and internal communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools.
  • Maintain a strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail in all design outputs.

Ai Enhanced Creativity:

  • Explore and utilize ai tools to enhance design workflows.
  • Create visual references, idea mockups and accelerate prototyping using ai-assisted tools.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in ui/ux design and visual communication.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as figma, adobe xd, photoshop, illustrator and after effects.
  • A portfolio that reflects strong design sensibility, attention to detail and diverse work across platforms.
  • Understanding of ux principles, accessibility standards and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with ai-based creative tools or willingness to learn and explore.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks and deliver under tight deadlines.
