About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our India office, coordinating internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Supply Chain management, with exposure to the toy industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Representing our Supply Chain function to interact with local clients
  • Providing regular updates to our leadership team on onsite insights regarding the India market and factories' status
  • Onboarding and leading a team of project executives, coaching them in project management and problem-solving
  • Managing end-to-end project timelines from model start to promotion launch
  • Calculating daily rates for tooling commitments and gathering order quantities from the regional office
  • Aligning capacity and production schedules with vendors and monitoring production status and shipment schedules
  • Performing ad hoc project or administrative tasks as needed

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-minded individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business results and operational performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Merchandising, Supply Chain, or Sourcing experience, with exposure to the toy industry
  • Previous experience in MNC operations and supply chains is highly desirable
  • 8+ years of people management experience
  • Proven record of driving business results and operational performance
