Job Description

Nomura is a global financial services group with an integrated network spanning approximately 30 countries and regions. Our team in Mumbai works on a team extension model, delivering pricing, modeling, and risk management expertise to the Global Markets business.

The team leads the way in price discovery and portfolio optimization techniques, playing an integral role in structuring, pricing, risk management, and new idea generation. We work closely with the structuring team to set up, productionize, and maintain a robust global automation infrastructure.

We're seeking a tech professional who can help us create scalable and flexible solutions using modern React practices and component libraries. The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end development, building end-to-end applications, and be proficient in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Expertise in RESTful APIs development and integration
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including experience with relational and/or no-SQL databases
  • Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
  • Self-motivated and attention to detail
