- Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, research, and internships related to economics and management.
- Evaluate student performance through coursework, assignments, presentations, and examinations.
- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance applied learning.
- Pursue academic research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conferences in the field of Economics and Management.
- Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and curriculum enhancement initiatives.
- Stay updated with economic trends, policy changes, and emerging methodologies, and integrate them into teaching and research.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, or a related discipline.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
