Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.
  • Break down large projects into manageable tasks and set realistic timeframes.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Oversee project procurement management and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Monitor project progress, handle issues promptly, and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and optimize project outcomes.
  • Utilize tools to track working hours, plans, and expenditures efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure adherence to standards and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
