Functional Consultant Opportunity

The position involves leading workshops to gather business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules, collaborating with technical teams for seamless integration, and providing end-to-end support during implementation phases.

  • Develop functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues post-deployment.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Commerce and recommend enhancements.

Required skills and qualifications include proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail, hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce), and strong understanding of retail business processes.

Additional qualifications include excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, and Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or related modules.
