STEM Expert Evaluator

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the knowledge foundation of our AI model by contributing high-quality data. Working closely with your team and STEM Lead, you will create, review, and refine detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex STEM problems.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of AI-generated responses. You will rigorously evaluate these responses, identifying errors and areas for improvement, and provide clear, actionable feedback that enhances the AI's ability to teach at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality data, including detailed solutions, explanations, and step-by-step derivations for complex STEM problems.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, coherence, pedagogical soundness, and adherence to specific instructions.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to improve the AI model's performance.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Coding/Finance from a premier institution.
  • Demonstrable academic excellence and strong expertise across a wide range of topics within your subject.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in teaching, tutoring, content writing, or academic research in your specialized STEM field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality educational content.
  • Expertise in developing complex problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE.
