FP&A Specialist Role

We're seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join our team, focusing on financial planning and analysis. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Planning:

  • Budget and forecast creation to understand key performance drivers
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly performance reports

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Coordinating with global or cross-functional finance teams
  • Developing consolidated financial reports and dashboards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Tracking and analyzing performance trends against targets
  • Providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc analysis and support for strategic initiatives
  • Partnering on initiatives that improve financial visibility and cost control

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • ~2-3 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a similar financial role
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and key profitability drivers

Preferred skills include advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience with data visualization tools.
