Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role:

The Deputy Quality Manager position is a senior leadership role that plays a pivotal part in driving quality excellence within our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy in quality judgments. They will also oversee the effective implementation of quality standards across departments, promoting process control and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Quality Standards: Create and maintain quality guidelines for product inspection, guaranteeing precision and reliability in quality evaluations.
  2. Supervise Quality Implementation: Ensure quality standards are consistently executed throughout departments, fostering a culture of quality awareness and ongoing improvement.
  3. Analyze Quality Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement, proposing actionable recommendations for quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute quality enhancement projects, leveraging tools such as 8D reports and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  5. Audit Management: Coordinate customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  3. Languages: Native English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong asset).
  4. Tech Skills: Familiarity with EMS SMT/PCBA processes and quality operations, comprehensive knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management system.
  5. Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.
