Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of our business solutions. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to analyze business requirements and develop process improvements.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, and develop clear and concise requirements for development teams. This will involve collaborating with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for new developments, as well as working with Veeva – Vault CTMS business collaborators to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog.

  • In addition to your analytical skills, you will also need to be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. This includes facilitating the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories, and participating in backlog reviews with the development team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined, and for staying focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges. Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum) is preferred, as well as good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership with confidence and clarity. Familiarity with Veeva Clinical Platform, especially Veeva – Vault CTMS system, would also be an asset.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Life Science/Biotechnology/Pharmacology/Information Systems.

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges.

  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
