About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Management Professional to drive growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

  • Building and maintaining a healthy supply chain through effective acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys, driver research, and market analysis initiatives to improve the driving experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, legal, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Managing large fleets for acquisitions and retentions, as well as conducting market share analysis to create plans for improvement.
  • Hiring and retaining offline and online recruiters to boost supply management.
  • Developing relationships with local authorities to effectively manage supply.
  • Taking ownership of new projects and initiatives to drive business growth and recognition.

This role requires strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams across different cities or regions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing large operational teams.
  • Grittiness and ability to tackle hands-on challenges.
  • Ability to solve and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
