Sales Leadership Role

As a Sales Leader, you will design and execute strategies to scale our sales engine. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop, own, and implement sales & revenue strategies for Think People Solutions.
    • Set quarterly and annual revenue targets, monitor performance against goals.
    • Drive new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Client Acquisition & Management
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients (CXOs, HR Heads, TA leaders) across IT, BFSI, and professional services.
    • Build long-term relationships with decision makers, ensuring trust and repeat business.
    • Lead high-value negotiations and close deals.
  • Team Building & Management
    • Hire, mentor, and lead a sales team (Sr. Managers & Executives).
    • Drive performance culture with clear KPIs, weekly reviews, and coaching.
    • Align team incentives with company growth goals.
  • Collaboration & Execution
    • Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth client experience.
    • Partner with leadership to design sales playbooks, pricing models, and market-entry strategies.
    • Represent Think People at industry events, HR forums, and client meetings.
