Strategic Partnership Opportunity

Entelect is seeking a seasoned leader to join us as a Managing Partner.

This key role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving strategic direction, operations, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and industry expertise, as well as a commitment to capital investment that ensures aligned interests with our company vision and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow Entelect's service portfolio.
  • Expand client base across industries, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams.
  • Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
  • Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold governance standards.
  • Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
  • Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
  • Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
  • Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
