Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy Storage Commissioning Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge energy storage projects, providing technical support and ensuring seamless commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical assistance during mechanical and electrical tasks throughout the commissioning phase of energy storage projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders on-site, including liaising with subcontractors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with various professionals to implement a detailed commissioning schedule, working closely with colleagues from diverse disciplines.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports, monitoring and addressing any deviations from the planned schedule.
  • Engage in follow-up meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, coordinating with professionals from diverse fields.
  • Oversee the installation of energy storage structures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in preventive and reactive maintenance activities for energy storage infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Electrical or Electronics Engineer (or equivalent) degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience in electrical projects (substations, power lines, or LV/MV cables). Experience with energy storage infrastructure (BESS) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of BESS PCS and all related supporting and subcomponents.
  • Solid experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
