
International Customer Service Representative

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires exceptional customer service skills to engage with international customers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and empathetic customer support through multiple communication channels including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, technical issues, product use, account management, and troubleshooting in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services, as well as relevant policies and processes.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce).
- Identify, document, and escalate complex technical or issue-related matters to internal teams for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to international standards, cultural expectations, and local customer service norms.
- Foster collaboration with other departments (sales, logistics, IT) to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor service levels and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to improve products, services, and the customer experience.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 0–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent written and spoken English language proficiency (additional language skills are an asset).
- Experience working with customer service platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Flexible to adapt to different time zones as required.
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
