We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts. This role involves developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's current and future hiring needs.
Talent Pipeline Development- Work closely with hiring managers across business units to identify organizational hiring needs and develop workforce plans.
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies to improve business performance and hire top-tier candidates.
- Maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline aligned with the company's requirements.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and strong relationships throughout the recruitment journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and stay informed of industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's/PG in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 12-15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in IT & Non-IT hiring, domestic & International positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and computer literacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment projects from strategy through execution.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and challenging environment.
