Job Opportunity:
The successful Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing key customers and prospects, ensuring their utmost satisfaction through exceptional service and prompt issue resolution.
About the Role:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering value and aligning offerings with client business objectives
- Drive revenue growth in assigned key accounts by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Nurture relationships with key customers to identify and address specific needs related to business development and service improvement
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve mutual goals such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion
- Effectively communicate client needs, challenges, and feedback to relevant teams to advocate for improvements and tailor solutions that enhance the client experience
- Monitor and manage potential risks within key accounts, proactively addressing issues and developing contingency plans to minimize negative impacts on the client relationship
Key Performance Indicators:
- New business development and acquisition of Tier-2 customers
- Generation of new sales from existing and new customers
- Retention of assigned regional accounts
- On-time customer contract renewal
- Price increase from existing customers
- Effective management of collection and DSO
- Farming business generation from existing and new customers
Becoming a Key Player:
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding client business needs and developing tailored solutions
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand client portfolios
- Strong networking and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
