Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Management Professional to join our team as an Azure Active Directory Specialist. This role involves the configuration, management, and optimization of Azure Active Directory services to ensure secure identity and access management across cloud-based environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using Azure AD, configuring conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA), integrating Azure AD with enterprise applications, and monitoring security alerts and audit logs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory services and configurations
  • Implement identity and access management solutions using Azure AD
  • Configure and maintain conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
  • Integrate Azure AD with Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, and on-premise directories
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and audit logs related to identity and access
  • Troubleshoot authentication, SSO, and user provisioning issues
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support hybrid identity setups and migrations
  • Maintain and enforce compliance with security and access policies
  • Create technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
  • Experience with conditional access, MFA, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure security tools
  • Ability to manage hybrid identity (on-premises AD with Azure AD sync)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
