Job Role Overview

Senior Manager - Accounts

  • Accounting Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with IND AS standards.
  • Closing Process Administration: Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Internal Control Implementation: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
  • Compliance Handling: Coordinate with relevant authorities for GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
  • Budgeting and Performance Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
  • Financial Resource Optimization Strategies: Implement strategies to monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring optimal financial resource utilization.
  • Audit Coordination: Facilitate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable data insights to support operational decision making.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
